We respect your privacy at Prem Sagar Guest House and all of our related sites. We do not distribute your personal information to any third parties. This includes not only your email address, but any personal information you input during your use of the site. We reserve the right to change this policy in the future, but not without giving notice and providing individuals with the opportunity to opt-out. We do not track or monitor any one individual's activity on the website.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

* If accommodation is cancelled more than 5 days before the date of check-in then deduct - 10% of total booking price.
* If the accommodation is cancelled between 3 days and 5 days before the date of check-in then deduct 20% of total booking price.
* If the accommodation is cancelled between 0 days and 3 days before the date of check-in then deduct 1 Room nights for every room booked (at the highest room rent in the booking period).
And
* No-shows:1 Room nights for every room booked (at the highest room rent in the booking period) and no refund for the pickup charges paid online.

All refunds shall be subject to the deduction of payment of Merchant Bank’s commission which shall be borne by the guest.
